6 REFRESCOS YOU WILL NOT RESIST IN SUMMER
1. APPLE AND MINT COCKTAIL
Who said you need alcoholic beverages to create irresistible cocktails? No need, just look for this magnificent cocktail that will not go unnoticed. You need:
2 green apples
¼ teaspoon lemon juice
3 cups water tea
½ teaspoon mint leaves
2 liters of sparkling water
Take apple, lemon juice and water (the to the boil and simmer until the apple is tender. Remove, let cool and place in the blender. Add the remaining ingredients (sugar, mint leaves and two liters of water) and crush. Serve with ice cubes.
2. WATERMELON REFRESHMENT AND STAR ANISE
Healthy, full of color and very fragrant, this refreshment will surely awaken your senses. For two refreshments you will need:
15 grams of star anise
1 tablespoon powdered sugar
500 grams of fresh watermelon
Water with fresh gas qb
Begin by grinding (coarsely) the star anise into a mortar. Then bring a casserole to the fire with the anise, the sugar and six tablespoons of water. Let it boil for two minutes, remove from heat and allow to cool. Meanwhile cut the watermelon into pieces and remove the pevides. Shred to enjoy all the watermelon juice. Then add the anise and add it to the watermelon juice and stir slowly for a few seconds. Place the preparation in the cups (up to about 2/3 of the glass volume) and fill with the sparkling water. You can add ice.
3. PINEAPPLE AND MINT COCKTAIL
Summer calls for refreshments and fruits. So here is another suggestion with fresh and very tasty fruit. You need:
4 Pineapple Sprouts
1 Spoon of Sugar
1 Mint Leaf
30 cl Pineapple Juice
The preparation could not be simpler. Simply cut the pineapple into cubes and mash into the blender, along with the sugar, the mint leaf, the juice and the crushed ice. Then serve. Can decorate with pineapple and mint.
4. FLAVORED WATER OF RED FRUITS AND MINT
Simple, healthy and very refreshing. You need:
5 Rolled strawberries
2 Mint leaves
1 Liter of water (you can choose to use sparkling water if you prefer)
Just put the water in a container, add the ingredients and let stand for at least two hours before delighting with this refreshment.
5. CUCUMBER MOJITO
Do not worry this is an alcohol-free alternative.
½ Lime sliced
1 tablespoon sugar
½ Peeled cucumber
Ice qb Sparkling
Begin by crushing the lime sliced in a mortar together with mint and sugar. Grind the cucumber with the juice of the file in a blender until you get a cream. Remove the cream into a container with ice, then add the crushed file and the sparkling water. Mix well and serve.
6. COCKTAIL CATALONIA
1 large orange cut into slices
6 cinnamon sticks
30 ml very strong cinnamon tea
1 liter of sparkling water
Begin by preparing the cinnamon tea. Just boil some cinnamon sticks in water. Let it cool down. Then just add all the ingredients in a bowl and serve.
