About Missouri
Missouri is not only a beautiful state, with many forests, but also a musical state. Blues, jazz, bluegrass and country music are daily fare here. In fact, the town of Branson has been a country music mecca since the 1980s. Missouri has two major cities that are largely located in another state. Kansas City is half in the state of Kansas and a large part of St. Louis is in Illinois. The Mark Twain National Forest is a well-known and large nature reserve. The only National Park is in the city of St. Louis, where you can also admire the famous arc, the Gateway Arch.
