Documents required to open a visa to the Philippines:

  • Philippines Visa Application

  • One color photograph 3.5 x 4.5;
  • International passport. The validity of the passport is at least 6 months from the date of return from the country.
    The presence of 2 blank pages is required;
  • A copy of the internal passport (1 – 2 pages and registration). Or a copy of the ID card;
  • Certificate of employment on company letterhead with seal and signature.
    OR a statement of the state of the bank account, at least $ 1000 on the account.

Documents required to open a visa for a child in the Philippines:

  • Philippines visa application form;
  • One color photograph 3.5 x 4.5;
  • Foreign passport in which the child is entered. The validity of the passport is at least 6 months from the date of return from the country. Blank pages are a must;
  • Copy of birth certificate;
  • Notarized permission from the parent if the child is traveling with only one parent in the original.

IMPORTANT! The cost of a visa for a child is the same as for an adult.
